    It would threaten the system saying “I’ll shove my ghosty dirty tampon down your throat if you don’t give me a liscense.” Then the driving people would be like “WTF YOU’RE A FREAK!” and the ghost, he’d be like “Chyeah IN BED!” and they’d be too freaked out to NOT give him a liscense, they just wanted him out of the place before they crapped themselves with “WTF-ness”

    Does that work?

    Well if the ghost had life insurance before it died then he would use that to buy the car and for the drivers license he would have already had one because it probably died in a car accident and for the driving lessons, it wouldnt be necessary because the ghost had already have a drivers license. The answer to your joke would be the SECOND CHANCE DRIVING SCHOOL! lol.

    why would he need money for a car…he can just walk right thru it…start it up with his supernatural powers and take off……then he’ll drive by his old house take what used to be his wallet…now hes got a license……or last but not lease…go to one of his enemies house and rattle some chains or something.
